Brad Burke|VP of Business Development
Brad has over 24 years of sales and project support experience in Semiconductor and adjacent markets. Across those 24 years, Brad has gained a significant amount of experience in customer service, strategic account management, regional management, and now leads the sales and marketing efforts for Aztech Controls.
Brad graduated from Miami University in 1990 and was commissioned in the US Navy. After 7+ years of service, he moved to the Northwest and begin a career in technical sales. Prior employers include Ryerson Steel, Metron Technology, Tescom, Semitorr and Banner Industries.
Cory Flint|Master Project Coordinator
Cory has over 25+ years of Manufacturing and project support experience in Semiconductor and Solar markets. In those 25+ years, Cory has gained a significant amount of experience in mechanical and electrical assembly and test, Product design and layout, customer service, and has trained and implemented 5S and Lean manufacturing processes in numerous departments. Currently Cory manages multiple product lines and projects for Aztech Controls.
Cory attended High Tech Institute in Phoenix Arizona for Electrical Engineering, holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma through Villanova University and became a Certified Lean Master through Transformance Advisors of Boulder Colorado. Prior employers include Mega Systems and Chemicals (Currently MEGA Kinetics Fluid Systems), SolarWorld, Engineered Machinery Inc. (EMI)
When Cory isn’t working to reduce waste and improve product throughput, he can be found working on home improvement/remodeling projects, spending time with his family or out on a Bicycle adventure with his friends. Where you will not find Cory is enjoying a long walk on the beach, because “a beach is not an efficient walking surface and why walk when you can run”.
Phil Kaminsky|President / General Manager
Phil has 35 years of project management, engineering management, technical sales and business leadership experience across markets ranging from semiconductor to the steel industry. From multi-million dollar industrial site projects to global OEM program manager for a large IDM, Phil’s experience crosses all aspects of modular construction and timeline management. Phil was instrumental in the transformation of Aztech Controls from a component distributor to a systems integration/contract manufacturing business model that it is today.
Phil holds a graduate and master’s degree from Penn State University. Prior employers include Vesuvius USA and Celerity.
Dale Foster|Chief Financial Officer
Dale holds more than 35 years of business management experience across financial, sales and operational disciplines. He successfully started his own company in 1997, subsequently sold that entity and has been in senior management roles across three different companies ever since. Dale has been in a CFO role for the last 6 years of his career and is key to the growth of Aztech.
Dale has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and is a certified public accountant. He has also had certified training in industrial distribution and product support. Prior employers include Bank of America, Foster Sales Group, Valin, and Teknipure.
